Patti is passionate about helping leaders achieve their life purpose. She quickly ascertains situations, understands how issues are connected, and proposes viable solutions. With her Change Management background, she can quickly and effectively identify strategies that produce positive results.

Patti’s strong belief in God and the need for focusing on a higher purpose has helped numerous businesses and non-profit organizations positively impact the world. In addition, her ability to address underlying issues and give honest, direct feedback have enabled companies to expedite development of emerging leaders.

Patti Waterbury has over 20 years of experience partnering with leaders at all levels on Beyond Booked Solid issues. She has designed key processes, developed leadership teams and led interventions on multimillion-dollar projects. During her tenure at Texas Instruments, she coached leaders, certified trainers globally, and delivered team development and change management training in nine countries.

Patti earned her masters degree in Organization Development and Change Management and is a certified Book Yourself Solid coach. In addition, she has completed the Issachar School, which focuses on Understanding Times and Seasons from a Biblical perspective.
